Liir is the bastard son of Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West, and Fiyero, prince of the Arjiki. Having spent half his childhood with the Oz equivalent of nuns (and only intermittently cared for by his mother) and the other half with his half-siblings, father's wife, and increasingly prickly mother in an isolated and falling-down palace deep in the heart of the Vinkus, Liir is not exactly good with social skills. A bumbling, awkward puppy of a boy, what Liir craves most is for someone to care about him.
